North Star Technical Services, Inc. offers a wide range of factory service plans as well as remedial services. We utilize only experienced factory Field Service Engineers - no third party service companies. This assures that your power and cooling products will only be serviced by fully trained and authorized service personnel using only factory parts.

In addition, we sell and can have installed batteries for any size UPS - big or small. All batteries are dropped ship from the battery manufacturer directly to you insuring only the freshest battery stock.

We sell annual factory service plans that include all parts, circuit boards, labor services and shipping costs as well as annual preventative maintenance (PM) visits. Service plan response times can be next business day, next day (7x24) or four (4) hour response.
