Recertification Visits

If your UPS unit is out of factory warranty, the manufacturers will require a Recertification Visit by one of their Field Service Engineers to assess the condition of your UPS prior to service plan activiation. North Star Technical Services can arrange for a Recertification Visit – the first step in the process of covering your UPS under a factory service plan. Any problems found during the Recertification Visit can be repaired on a Time and Material basis.
