How We Do it

Delivery – North Star Technical Services drop-ships all large Powerware, APC and GE products to insure your unit has the freshest batteries and the latest upgrades. Shipping and delivery will be specific to your site with inside delivery and rigging services available.

Installation – We will assist and offer you and/or your electrical contractor guidance in every phase of installation of your Powerware, APC or GE UPS. We offer expert Project Management for simple UPS installations or full Data Center implementation.

Start-up – We can arrange for a factory technician to perform the start-up and training of your APC, GE or Powerware UPS.

Service – We will assist you in the event of a service problem with your UPS product by offering telephone diagnostic consultation. We will arrange for parts and labor services to get your GE, Powerware or APC UPS up and running as quickly as possible. We sell service plans, too.

Battery Replacement – We will track the age of your UPS in our data base and will offer battery replacement every three years, as recommended by the manufacturer.
